Lamb Chef is a franchise restaurant with traditional spirit. Because we know cultural diversity brings collective strength, we chose a vibrant area for our location.
The mix of black, grey, gold and wood gives us a mix of traditional style with a modern twist. We believe that simplicity is the ultimate luxury and we’ve used a combination of Bedouin style with a modern interpretation to give a unique spirit and different dimension of comfort.
Reflecting the identity of local Bedouin food, we have used a mixture of floor and regular seating.
Our choices of colours, fabrics and ceiling style reflect our view that culture is an art, elevated to a set of beliefs.
